Level 1403 with 13 Moves

@donchulia - Welcome to the community!  Unfortunately - they quite often do reduce the moves for various levels to make them more challenging if they think a certain level was too easy.  Usually the videos out there are from people playing them when they first became available and so you are seeing a slightly different version.  People don't always post updated videos.  Some of the sites out there do have comments about letting them know if the version you end up playing is different from theirs, which may cause them to post an updated version of the level.

Anyway - hang in there.  This is a great community with many opportunities to enter contests, play games and join or start discussions.  Good luck and have fun!
