why haven’t I’m not receiving my daily win? I play everyday an never had a problem with getting them. For the last 4 days it’s not showing when I click the button, I depend on this to help with completing my levels. However I’ve been stuck on level 560 for a week now, playing every chance when i get my 5 lives. Please help..

This problem can be caused when your game app is not updated. Check your app update first.
If app updated then Log out your game from both id ( Facebook + kingdom) > Restart your device > Log in again.
