Champions Race: Didn't receive prize

Hi. I am new to Candy Crush and to this community. I won the Champions Race but didn't receive my prize. The notification popped on my screen but I didn't claim the prize at that particular time because I was busy. When I logged in again later, the notification had disappeared and there was no more link to the Champions Race anymore. What do I do, please, to claim my prize? I have tried contacting Support in the past but they have never answered my queries before. So, I need the community's help. Thanks in advance.

Are you aware that the Champions Race is a fast-paced competition? It is easy and fast to move down than to move up. The people ahead of me were so good but just like me some of them moved down in minutes of play. I ended up number 13 at the end.
