King.com issue: Why can't I send or receive lives/help on Candy Crush Saga?

    Have decided now to just uninstall the whole King.com stuff not getting satisfactory answers as to why I cannot receive or send lives on candy crush saga anymore so had enough!

    I am considering it myself.  Nobody answers your questions why we cannot send or receive lives off other players.  This has been going on now for a long while and we are none the wiser.  It is only on candy crush saga  Why ??  HELP PLEASE

    Hello
    i play on the PC. Not on Facebook,on King.com. Something went wrong in the last update of Candy Crush Saga. We want to give every one life back for playing and unlocking the next few episodes. I will not speend any money to buy gold bars. The PC Specialists should probably be able to make a new update without mistakes.

    I agree with mamita1963.   It should not be be hard to rectify the issue of sending and receiving lives on Candy Crush saga as it is only an issue on this game as the problem is not other games.  I  play the game on Windows 7 through laptop on King .com. The first post on this issue was on May29th  and it is now June 23rd and and still issue not resolved.  This is now nearly 4  weeks.  Has the PC specialists gone on holiday ???   I have tried playing the game though Facebook but on that I would have to start on Level1 again where at the moment through King.com I am on Level 1525 I have tried sync my progress but king .com will not post anything over to my Facebook acc.   Can anybody help or is it better for King.com to rectify the issue ??  Help please

    Your issue is the same as players have in an existing thread. I am merging your post that one so you can check out the answers and be updated once request issue is resolved at king.com I would recommend going to the first page of the thread and check out the "accepted answer" right below the post so you can see what's the status of the issue. 

    If you have a Windows 10 machine, please be aware that you can download the game app and you shouldn't have issues with tickets. Just be sure to connect the game app to your kingdom account and you'll pick up where you left off. Download the game app here.    

    I did what you said,did the download etc....It worked...i m playing again!! Thanks :)

    I have the game app on Windows 10 but I still can't send lives to Friends below my level.  If I win my level, then I can scroll all the way down to the 400 level and play an easy one and win, then I can send Lives to the Friends below me.  I only have one Friend above me and he is the only one I can send to without scrolling down.

    I have been stuck at level 500 for weeks. I am not receiving any tickets from friends. For awhile now I have not received moves or lives; and I can tell that I am not sending the extra moves. When I click on that button, it does not pop back up and give me a response. What can I do to fix this? Or can this be fixed by King.com?

    I run candy crush saga through King.com on a laptop running Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.5. I haven't received lives or extra moves from friends in weeks, and I am stuck at a train station and can't move on. I reported this a long time a go, and nothing has changed. Looks like not only the Windows guy at King.com is on vacation, but everyone.

    Hi @katcar, welcome to our community.  Are you playing the game on king.com?  If so, there are issues with the lives and the studio is trying to find a fix on it.  There is no time frame set as to when it will be fixed.  Can you play the game elsewhere?
