@yohrling - Welcome to our community. First of all, have you been playing the game thru either King.com or Facebook? If you have then there will always be a record of your progress and your level and gold can always be restored (even if the game studio has to do it). When you say your game won't load, do you mean when you press/click on the app. it just shows a circle like it is trying to load but never does? Can you tell me what platform you are playing on (PC, Android, IOS)? Have you made sure you have the latest version of the game (1.155.0) and have you cleared your cache?
