Hi

I'm in the 2207 level . The win moves at the end of each turn doesn't work .it just keep turning and loading but doesn't stop !

I do appreciate if you help me .

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the problem still remains .

Where are you playing the game? Computer or mobile? Facebook, king.com? There are some glitches on king.com and the studio is trying to resolve them.

Are you playing through Facebook, by any chance? There are glitches when playing through Facebook at the moment so that could be affecting your game. Have you ever played through the Kingdom? If not, here is some information on creating a Kingdom account:

Dear Elsa,
I never played the game through Facebook .
But i guess i'm already playing through Kingdom . Because i got this message when wanted to join the kingdom community :
" The email you entered is in use by another member "

Hi @saba23, thank you for your response. I haven't been seeing mobile issues with the video not working. You can try some troubleshooting to see if it corrects it. Make sure that you have the most recent version of the game and clear out the history on your device. Then follow steps on here to complete the troubleshooting:

Just to remind you, my problem was not with a video , it was with " win moves " not working at the end of a losing game .
