I am unable to get my extra moves or boosters when i loose on a level.
I am unable to get my extra moves or boosters when i loose on a level. The wheel is just spinning and says loading but i don't get anything because it is loading. I have deleted and reinstalled candy crush saga but when ever i loose a level i get the same thing. What should i do??

@Toyzz10 - welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are not getting the opportunity for possible extra moves or boosters after you lose a level. I have found a similar situation if the game thinks it can't get connected to the internet.
I would like to be able to help you with your problem. I see you have de-installed and re-installed the app. That usually will clear up any problems. What platform are you playing on? Do you have a strong and steady internet connection? Can you please take a screen shot of the spinning wheel?
