I am in level 36 but I did not get my 50 free bars :(

    Hi @UmmAbdurRahman,  welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

    Are you referring to the email that you got saying that you could get 50 gold bars if you started playing the game?  First I will need you to get your user ID # by following the steps here. 

    Once you have the number please let me know but don't post the number here.  I will then tag the community moderator to come here to get your number and she can add them to your game.

    Yes I mean the 50 bars of gold you get for starting the game.

    Why we no longer get gold bars for the completed level. I am now at Level 2753 and have already passed at least 100 and have not received the gold lever. What's wrong, why don't we get more?

    To have a clear picture of what happened, I want to double check where exactly you were promised the Gold Bars? Through the game or through an email or some other channel?
