Lost 2980 levels...

I haven’t played for a while after quitting at level 3000. Downloaded the app on my iPad and phone and I’m back to level 20 (and no, it’s not just my marker that’s been out back. I would have to redo the levels to progress). If I play on the laptop I’m on level 2998. I’ve logged in, out, deleted, reinstalled etc. Still the same. Any ideas?
