@NancyChurchill643 - okay can you please confirm the details again? You’ve deleted the app and then reinstalled is that correct? How did you connect to the game beforehand -FB or King? Have you updated either one of those passwords?
Either way I believe we are going to need the King support staff to restore your progress.
Hi @NancyChurchill643 - I’m still not clear if you are trying to restore your CC Friends game OR CC Saga but either way because it involved a password update I believe you need to contact the support team here https://soporto.king.com/contact to have them restore it.
