Hi Diego,
Simply go to King.com and start playing one of the games. As soon as you do a dialog box will appear where you can enter your email and password. Most of King's games has the same feature so look out for the orange button with a golden crown in the games.
For this website - care.king.com - your account is created automatically as soon as you log in through Facebook.
I haven't seen any website that uses registration.king.com - where did you see this?

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your account and get your progress back. They will be sending you an email with a ticket number. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.
