Why didn’t I receive my fantastic five reward after completing it?

i didn’t receive my reward. It was completed. It just went straight to a new fantastic five.

    In some cases the reward confirmation message is not forwarded, but the reward is credited to your account.So check out Booster Bank, you will surely get there. If not, let me know.😊

    The exact same happened to me except my fantastic 5 froze I didn’t receive rewards or I can’t continue on

    There is nothing in my booster box and it just happened again!

    @Lady_Boden and you said the Fantastic 5 froze? At which point the game froze exactly?

    i had just got the last points to complete challenge for the team & literally froze then I could not collect rewards at present still frozen yet it’s telling me I still receiving points!!! If you can help would appreciate it also have I lost my rewards 😟 txs a mill Vivien

    Okay, thanks! I cannot retroactively fix that for you but hopefully it won't happen again. I recommend checking that you have the latest game version in case that's something that would be fixed recently. 

    I sent a little something your way as you didn't receive the previous rewards.
