Something wrong with my game

How can my game be a ”not proper” one? I dont have Abu golden crowns and I have lost my avatar and rank? I play via my iPhone’s app.

The Golden Crowns are not yet available to all players, it is still in the testing phase. That with your rank is strange.

I’m in level 2204 and some time Aho I sent down to 7 in rank and lost my avatar.

I suppose you have no connection to facebook, but only to King?

Yes, there is the problem, I signed out of facebook on my mobile device (android), I also have another avatar and rank 1 instead of 145. After connecting to Facebook, everything was back to normal.

I have never signed in via FB but I can try it now.

I can’t sign in via FB. I AM just redirected via my old app. It makes no dirrerence.

Well, now I went from level 2204 to1. And I got my FB-photo instead of avatar, not at all What I wanted :-(

As you stated, I'm sure your game was logged out of the Kingdom.😉 If you notice the link that @Werner_Cichy gave you, you can log in again. I'm going to tell you a little more detail, do it and let me know.

Click the ''LOG IN WITH EMAIL'' option, log in using your Kingdom ID and password.
If that doesn't solve the problem, show me a screenshot of the Game Map.
