Golden Booster Wheel

Has anyone else come across the "Golden Booster Wheel"? I encountered it on my Chrome browser. Apparently it is timed and you have to pay gold to play. It is on my Win 10 app as well.

    got it today for first time. spun and got 3 hammers but cost me 12 gold bars. won't play again as only the hammer and hand are worth getting. the rest I have hundreds of.
