Keep getting "not enough order targets available". How can you make an order of 91 crystal candies when there's not that many on the board and no way of making new ones?

I just want to know if someone test the new version before release. In this level are 41 crystals candy on the board and we need to clear 91.

It is possible to pass the level using some boosters with mysterious candy.
