Hello @Groeber and welcome to the Community. Have you never played the game either thru Facebook or King.com? It is always advisable to play thru one of those so that your progress will be saved and can be retrieved.
However you may be able to get your progress back and you can start by creating a Kingdom account (if you don't already have one). If you already have a king.com account - then you just need to get your user ID and follow the rest of the steps outlined below.If you need to create a kingdom account: https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/246665/remember-to-connect-to-the-kingdom/p1?new=1
Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.
Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Hello @Groeber - did you never have a user ID with the old profile? Did you by any chance ever take a screen shot of your progress in the game before it reset to zero? I would still advise you to contact King.com support to see if there is anything they can do to help and maybe locate your old profile/game. I'm just surprised that when you connected to FB it reset you to zero. It shouldn't happen that way. Anyway, I'm sorry you have run into this problem and wish there was something more I could do to help you.
