Level 806 - wrong number of moves?

Every website I've checked for tips on this level says that it should have 30 moves, but no matter what computer or device I play, the level starts with only 22 moves. Is this a glitch? Because there is no way to complete this level with so few moves....

I had the same issue with Candy Crush Friends - ended up deleting the app altogether. Thought Saga would be a different story but sadly it’s not. I think I’ll just completely delete Candy Crush and find a game that doesn’t have a lot of issues posted online

I have only 22 moves but other players has a 30 moves...That is a bug?
