This is a new problem.  I was given a color bomb for an hour.  I had to exit the game and re-enter. The game would not download.  I waited and waited.  So aggravating.

    I am sorry to hear that the game is not working for you. You said and I quote "The game would not download". No one can play the Candy Crush Saga if the game app has not been downloaded. I guess what you meant was the game would not load, am I right?

    I said downloading because that word was on the screen while I was waiting.  I quit for a while and just tried again.  Now I am not getting the screen that shows downloading.  The screen is just blank.
