Team,
I have been using this game for close to 2-3 years. Now I have bought a new phone but I am unable to sync between 2 devices. The level in the new device is not updated. I tried all the advice mentioned in the portal but unable to resolve the issue. Request you to kindly assist me with the issue.

Hi @immaculate1606 @sadiebella and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Is your game connected to a Facebook or a King account? You can sync your progres between these accounts, just follow the instructions on the link below.

Can someone help me with 2 of my problems. Recently my Candy Crush Saga is showing King pic icon and King friends. I am in sync with Facebook. I lost my facebook icon and facebook friends. I followed your above instructions and its telling my to install Candy Crush Saga. I logged out in facebook on my phone and shut down for awhile...then I restarted same with King. My other device is my Ipad. Thats where Im having my problem. I see myself on facebook but on my other device I see King. #2 all of a sudden now my screen got smaller and narrower. What happened there? Thanks..if you need more info, let me know...
