On Dec 4 I attempted to purchase the sweet bundle for 19.99. It told me that payment was not accepte

On dec 4 I attempted to purchase the sweet bundle for 19.99. I was told my payment was not accepted and my bank account would not be charged. I attempted  a second time and was told the same thing. When I checked my bank account I was charged for both purchases in the amount of 39.98. Please check your records and give me credit for both purchases.
