gold bars and extra lives

Question #1....what happens to extra lives you win when you are already at full? I won 5 for leveling up, but I was already full. Do I get them when these five are used? Question #2....I purchased the daily bundle and should have received 10 gold bars, but they never showed up. This is twice this has happened. I was told by support that it might take up to 24 hours...but on the first purchase they never showed up at all.

Extra lives are useless. What do you mean you purchased something...this game is completely free to play and ez at that!

Level 662 with 14 moves.....was that ever resolved, and if so, why do I still get only 14 moves. It is not possible without spending money for boosters. All the videos I have seen except one have 30 moves!

King changes the rules of this game at their whim and we get no explanation for it. If I were you I’d stop playing this game now and find a better one from a different developer that actually cares about their players.
