Hi everyone- congratulations on winning the Cosmic Climbing event. Typically the custom build a character notifications are sent out within 24-48 based on a similar experience I had with the BW3 game.

Thanks Foley1362! Progress is being made. There is now a Cosmic Climb area on the bottom right of the Candy Crush App on Windows 10. Selecting it brings up a browser and tries to connect to a special king page. Unfortunately, it just sits there. I'm guessing the poor system is overloaded. A few times I get a message that tells me to make sure I'm using a mobile device. Tried it on Candy Crush on my cell phone, It just sits there waiting for a webpage ...

I get the same thing on my mobile device. I’ll try again in several hours I guess.
Since I do not own nor have access to a mobile device, I played this game on the Win10 app on my computer. I invested a great deal of time, stored boosters, and saved gold bars. And now I am getting this message, which appears even worse than the "site offline" message mobile users are getting. @Pounawea , please instruct us how to gain access to our prize using the same device we used to play the event.
My mobile device will not load the site where I can customize my character, and now I'm hearing that it is not even accessible from a computer (wasted my time trying to get it on my Win10 PC). I've used at least 100 boosters in total to win this event, not to mention a great deal of extra time (of which many others have done). I hope, and really expect from such a developed company, that this will be fixed for all the players who won this special contest.

@SuzyFuller As someone who didn't even participate in the event, I'm infuriated for you. Now the game discriminates who receives what prize. "Mobile only! Make sure you're using a mobile device" No unclearness there! All the more reason why consistency is so valued among players.
