    How has my strategy changed lately? I’ve just stopped playing.  It’s really that simple.

    i haven't played the game since this change other than to go in and get daily boosters in case they do reverse the change. I do have a suggestion, and if it's already been posted I apologize I didn't read every post on here. To be clear I prefer the change just be reversed but in lieu of that...

    How about changing the "starting boosters" to be like the ones you can use in the game (like hammer or hand switch)? Although it would allow user placed combinations, it also may help revenue as users that do pay for the game would likely buy more in order to be able to make combos they want during the game. It also would possibly reduce frustration - resetting over and over and over gets equally tedious to playing levels over and over and over. Players can choose to take their chances with the free bot or use stockpiled boosters (or pay for boosters when they run out) to pass difficult levels. With all the higher levels being pretty difficult with no combos it might get you revenue boost you want and provide more options for all players on how to use boosters and bot.

    Just a thought - I figured if I'm gonna complain I might as well bring a solution to the table. I don't know the intricacies of your code but having worked in IT for part of me career this may not be that hard to change - screen real estate might be biggest issue....

    i really doubt wether they will reverse this just like they did with the timed sugar drops 😣

    5 lives in 5 minutes 

    number 1 rule in the games , casinos  etc is to keep players playing for ever if it possible 

    For king is the opposite play for 5 minutes and then you can leave to spend your money and time somewhere else 😕

    As you already know, we are really ticked off because of this change. This is a small but very valuable perk for
     us who play every day. Especially to view the board and know which boosters to choose for nightmarish ly hard levels. We know every change is about the bottom line: Money. But is this change really going to make your quarterly profits go up that significantly? Or just piss off your loyal customers who play every day? Our Candy Crush community is refusing to buy more gold bars because of this. Have you seen a drop in profits? Is it really worth it? It's a very small change you can easily reverse to make millions of players happy. (Please pass this up the chain to whoever has enough clout to actually make this change happen.)

    This is the first communication rule that any company establishes: consistency! If a client asks your about Z, you reply Y. Always, without fail. With King, when we ask them about Z (removal of board reset) they reply Z, A, W, Q, K, 1, 5, &, and any other thing they happen to think of. Some people get told that this is a trial feature. Some people get told that a lot of players still have it. Some people get told a bunch of rubbish that has nothing to do with the question. And my personal favourite: the "helpful" member of the support team that blithely told the player: ""I understand that this may be frustrating, especially if you're used to having the reset feature in your game. Not to worry! These groups change regularly so hopefully, you'll get it back again soon." .🤪

    Sorry but I didn't quite understand what you were heading at! What is possible? What exactly is cheating? What is not unique about U.S. Citizens?

    Can you please clarify what you were referring to?  Are you referring to the Board Reset as Cheating? I didn't even know that this feature existed till it was taken away and reinstated last summer when the Moderator, Jelly_Jenny announced its return in June of this year.

    As to the fact why people are getting different answers, obviously some teams were previously unaware. I am sure they are not now.
    Yeah, obviously. This is only the most negative change ever to affect this game. It was announced on 2 December so for sure it is fully understandable that a lot of the support teams are not aware of it even though it's now more than two weeks later...

    Maybe some improvements to be made to the training that King offers its support staff? Or if the replies are sent by bots, maybe program the bots a bit better? Just a thought.

    To be honest that after this change happened, is not effect my gameplay that much but the problem is that sometimes I will be unlucky to get an amazing board and it cause me to lose the game a lot... :(

    So I read all feedbacks and comments about this change and I see that 80% of people including @SuzyFuller are upset with it and I'm agree with them...

    The change has a negative impact with the game especially that the team are fixing something that no one complaining about it at all instead of trying to fix another issue which is more important to this... like issue with requesting and send lifes and much more...

    We will see the official answer from the team next couple of days but i want to tell you that if you don't try to bring everything back to normal... a lot of players will stop playing the game and you will be lost so please if you love us... <3
