So this is still an issue - see attached screenshot. It just stays on this screen and never actually loads. Hey, Candy Crush people, you ever planning on fixing this? I'm up to some hard levels where extra moves would come in very handy.
Mine is working again and has been for several weeks. I do suggest that you be sure you have the latest version of Candy Crush Saga App installed. So do an update on it and then see what happens. You can only do this on a Windows 10 computer by opening the App Store and then selecting check for updates. On Facebook and at King.com the game is updated automatically and you do not have to do anything.
Thanks for your reply. It’s now saying ‘connection error. Try again in a bit’ as well.......aaaahhhhh!! It’s up to date version wise. If I delete and re install will I lose my progress as I’m on a pretty good level as I’ve been on it for a good while? Any help appreciated.
Not sure about that. But you should be sure to try the game on Facebook and sync the App on the laptop to the Facebook account. That way, no matter if you play on the App or on Facebook, your progress is the same. You can also play on King.com ... use the same login you have for the forums.
