I m not able to retrieve my process through email id to my another phone and in my one phone my process is saved with same email I'd and in another it is not coming. What to do?? Please do something

    Hi and welcome! :) all I know is that there is a problem which a lot of people are encountering at the moment. Might I recommend that you report it via the contact us link which you can find at the bottom of this page.

    Some moderators are recommending to reinstall your game but BEWARE you will lose all your boosters. I would recommend to wait for further instructions from the King team, I believe the holidays are slowing them up somewhat.
