When will this "not connected" issue/bug be resolved with King?

Still "no connection", no profile, boosters, friends, etc...

Is there any resolution? I have been having this problem for weeks will not connect on wifi or cellular data... game is unplayable.....0

I've only been told (by "support") that there's a problem at their end & they're working on it...that's all I got, sorry
