When will this "not connected" issue/bug be resolved with King?

I know it's the holiday season...a good reason for y'all @ King to fix your bug...time is money, lotsa peeps at home, bored, for a short while..

    I saw a few your posts before, about the same problem. I didn't find any reported issue regarding this game's connection and no such problem is in the game right now. Show me a screenshot of your problem, I will definitely help you with this.😊
    One post is enough for the same problem, so multiple posts can cause confusion.😉

    I cannot see the 41 gold bars I have and also cannot collect reward. It tells me to connect in order to connect.

    I have been having a problem connecting.  I try to buy stuff but it will not connect.

    I have the same problem. Other two games, no problems, just candy crush saga. no connection- problem

    Enough people seem to be reporting the same thing, so I'll tag the community manager to see if he has any knowledge on this.

    I,ve recently had the same problem and had to uninstall game and then reinstall. Lost the levels I’d played with no internet access mind!

    Your game is not connected to the server or it is not connecting to the server. There may be issues for a variety of reasons but I would expect some information from you.
    Did you receive an error message when logging into the game?
    Did you connect the game to Facebook or the Kingdom?
    What device you're using for this game?
    What is game app version?
    Show me a screenshot of your game map.

    Your levels will not be saved if the game does not sync to the server. How many levels have you missed?
