    Log out - log in, see if that reconnects
    @LuckyMe1189 !

    If what @lkap is the same as mine, there is no way out but close the Red X at the top right corner of the screen. All the buttons were non-responsive except for the Exit. Isn't that awful?

    It is amazing how much this has totally ended my candy crush time.   I used to play every single day and I haven’t played at all lately.   I honestly don’t miss it, why would I purposely want to play a pain in the ass board?   Those were just something you had to deal with while getting together the boosters and using the bot rewards.    Im
    honestly glad this happened because I was wasting way too much time, all those levels played for what?   Never did finish the game and they very very rarely introduce anything new.   It is addictive, but they have got to I’m understand that part of that addiction is blowing through levels and feeling like you are winning.   There is a reason why so many of us stuck with candy crush instead of the other ones that don’t have that feature.

    I stopped playing because of this "fix." One less person to watch all the ads.

    Okay. I am on 2349 and have been playing for 5 years. In the 5 years I have been playing they got like $20 bucks outta me and that was in the first year. What saved me is that the debit card changed and I was too lazy to update it so I never spent money when they made it hard for me. 

    I have been stuck on a level for weeks and refused to buy boosters. Give it a break and came back and Candy Crush makes this impossible stage now super easy and helps me with boosters so I can move along.

    As long as they don't fix the "other issue" im good. I ain't saying it cuz then it will be fixed. :p They still ain't getting no money from me.

    I peeped their game years ago. I am not in a competition with anyone and I don't brag to anyone about how far I am. Even though this will be super annoying I am not gonna stop playing

    King gives everyone who plays some friends who are not connected to facebook. 
    So that at times when you might be playing without being connected (as your account is at the moment) you can still exchange lives etc.
    Some people prefer not to have a specific name or picture but just keep the King ID they were given (the word king plus a number) and have a random avatar (like your panda) that is given them.
    When you reconnect to facebook you'll see your facebook friends again =)
    Try logging in and out of facebook a few times to see if it can restore your facebook game. 
    The internet/servers are very busy this time of year and glitches can happen.

    My question to you is, have you experienced this issue? Did you know that with what I had, all the buttons were non-responsive?

    We have two choices to log-in the game. The first one is with the Kingdom and the second one is with Facebook Account. I have been using Facebook Account for 7 years. I never had any of these issues since the beginning. Why now?

    Please don't tell us that it is the internet that makes this happen. How can you explain mine? I ran the SpeedTest. My internet was working perfectly. 

    Please don't give us any suggestion that you yourself haven't tried! 

    Here is a ScreenShot that proves that my resolutions really worked or should I say works. It has a Time Stamp on the System Tray.

    Facebook is often unavailable. I log in and out again (as I recommended above) - this works sometimes, others not.
    If the buttons are unresponsive I just keep playing with my Kingdom friends until I can log in again.

    I prefer to play without being connected to facebook and often log out on purpose because I have so many facebook friends that all the data slows my games.

    I never said that your resolution would not work and believe you that it did (you do not need to prove anything) I was simply giving the player another thing to try before uninstalling the app.

    @lkap uninstalling the game should be a last resort as you can loose lives and boosters that are saved on your device.

    Unbiased third party here... This has happened to me as well. It was on an Android device, though, and I don't know if that's what you're on with the problem. It did work for me to log out and back in. It's worth a try! 
    I used to teach people how to do their job and then had to audit and advise when they started DOING it. Words to begin your troubleshooting journey: When in doubt, take it out.
    Start at beginning.

    "Turn off, Wait 30 seconds, Turn on" are the first words out of every tech support specialist I have ever spoken with. 
    Uninstalling, resetting to factory settings are LAST resorts. You will lose your saved data EVERY time. Only that which is saved on King servers for you will remain. 

    Force stop the app, clear the cache, go back to see if it's fixed.

    I have to do that ALL the time to sync my phone and tablet. I've played the same Nightmare level over again because, duh, I'm STUPID and forgot I passed it! Then I realize, Hey, I beat this level big dummy!

    Have you noticed that a lot of members have been complaining about this for a long time with no resolutions? 

    I seldom play Candy Crush Saga on Facebook Page App because loading is so slow. It is not one of my favorite place to play this game. I prefer the Windows 10 App and the iPhone iOS App logging-in with Facebook Account. I record every game that I play and posted on YouTube.

    I had no choice but to uninstall & reinstall the game because it has been messed-up for 3 days. I tried everything that I can to no avail. I wouldn't have uninstalled the App if there was another way. All the Timed Boosters that I supposedly received did not appear in the Backpack of Sweet Supplies. Every game that I beat did not count either. The Progress and Leaderboard were completely blank. For 7 years I had no issue, in fact I have been helping resolve the issues in the Community since I joined early last year. The timing of this happening to me is quite suspicious. This should not have happened to me since I recently reset my Windows 10 in July when the Screen Resolution was screwed-up during the update. BTW, I fix computers and Apps for a living.

    If there is no viable solution, uninstalling the App is the best way to fix this pesky CCS issue. The only thing I lost are my Gifts of Lives from Facebook friends which can be easily recovered or replenished but the games completed not getting counted and boosters not appearing where they are supposed to be stored are really the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone.

    It is amazing that for a long time now, a lot of players/members have been complaining about the same never ending issue and yet no permanent solution has been offered, just temporary.
