Hello,

I have not been able to login through my Candy Crush app to my King.com account to retrieve my current level. I requested a password reset at 9:00am. I’ve received no email to reset. Is this a glitch that is currently being resolved?

    Of course you will receive a password recovery email from king. In some cases, emails are stored in the spam box. That is why the email cannot be found in front.
    Check "All mail" or "Spam".
