Hello, @KathrynJF! There actually isn’t a problem with your game. This is a change the Studio has made to the game that limits how many sugar drops you can collect. I’ll leave the link to the main thread below. On page 21 of the discussion, you’ll see our Community Manager’s explanation of the change. I hope I’ve answered your question!😀
