The chocolate box cannot connect to the server. Everything else on the game works

    I won many items in this, and now cannot connect to the server to collect. Please do something for us!

    We have found several more such problems and the problem will be resolved. The problem is reported and the solution is in progress. Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week.

    So your answer to fixing this is to take away everything I earned and reset the box? Go figure - just like no game reset.
