Not Getting Fantastic Five Boosts

I am currently not getting the boosts when I reach the milestones in Fan 5. It's been around a week that I've noticed it but maybe it's been going on longer and I haven't noticed it before. This is just when I play on my desktop computer in Facebook. It seems to be ok when I play on my iPhone. Tonight and last night, the button to get the boosts is grayed out. Before, I could use the button to collect the boosts but actually did not get them. So I'm not getting anything, nada. Can you verify and give me the boosts back I missed? Thank you.

Here is a screenshot of what happened tonight where there was no button to accept the boosts at all. I'm not sure what else to tell you. It's not allowing me to accept the boosts I receive and has been doing this for at least a week now. Please tell me how I can be more specific if you need more info. It first started with the button there and I could press it but I did not receive the boosts I earned when I checked in the game itself, then the button was there but grayed out, and now the button is completely missing.

Did you check your Inventory, whether the booster was deposited there?

My inventory shows I have two spaceships. Not sure how many I had before this started but I think I lost at least 3 and other boosts as well. Can you check on your end to see exactly how many I’ve lost.

Also will this problem be fixed soon?

I haven't heard back from you yet. Are you able to see how many boosts I lost and also will this problem be fixed?

I still haven't heard back from you and as of today, Jan. 22, 2020, I still am not getting the spaceships and probably not the other boosts either when I reach milestones in Fantastic 5. I have missed quite a few.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
