Didn't get boosters twice in 2 weeks

I think there are glitches, it has happened to me many, many times, when I click/tap claim prize it freezes and just keeps spinning and eventually I give up and have to exit the game and "prizes" are lost. This has happened a lot when purchasing the piggy bank, now EVERY single time it happens I note the time and I contact King! It totally sucks to be so close to finishing a hard level and go to get a booster and the game freezes! Best advice contact King every time!
