I have been playing and playing and it goes to like this candy making machine and tells me I need to be connected to get more times and it’s annoying because it’s not working and I have to go thru the motions for it to tell me to connect?

This is usually a problem for a weak Internet. However, if your game is not fully connected to the server then this problem may occur. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If the problem is not resolved let me know again.

I did what you said and my internet is strong. I even tried at work with their WiFi and nothing.

Hi @Sukanta_Biswas, I have the same problem, & have tried the steps you suggested however the problem persists. What's the next course of action recommended to fix this problem, please?
