Each time I attempt to log in a connection error comes up! This has been happen ING for Iver 3 months and KING dont seem to want to respond!!

    Please update your app and clear the cache. If that doesn't help. Uninstall - install - update - clear cache. BInstallation may lose its boosters.

    Your game has this problem because your game does not have a connection to the server.There may be a variety of issues, so before starting the game you should check if your game is connected to the server.
    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
    If your game app is corrupted, you will not be able to log in or log out of the game. Let me know if you see the picture below when you Log in or Log out.

    I reinstalled the app because I was having the same issue and lost all my boosters! I had 200 color cookie. my user id is 9842058048 using an Iphone X. and was wondering if anyone can retrieve this?
