Lost my progress

I have been playing candy crush for a while and saved my progress on all my devices and FB. Recently I had to deactivate my fb account due to security breaches and opened a new one. When I tried to sync my game progress with new FB account, I lost the progress from Level 2422 progress to level 1. I'm using a different mail id and a different login it was Tanina Wood its now Tanina Rinaldo.Wood. Is there any way I can get my progress back?
