Is the Fantastic Five award stuck? I got to 5000 points but it’s not giving me the boosts.

Hello @ACTOHANA and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I assume you are referring to Candy Crush Saga. You have actually posted in the Candy Crush Friends Game page, so I will ask for this thread to be moved to the correct game page.
I am sorry that you didn't get your prize for reaching 5000 points because it includes a UFO. Can you post a screenshot in the comment section below and I will see if the CM can help you out so you get your prizes.

I have the same problem. We've got to 7,000 points and it won't give me the bonuses. I've tried this on my Mac using Firefox & Safari and also on my iPhone.

@nigelg99 Hi and welcome, You have the graph error if you add your scores up they do not come to 7000. this is a known error that they are working on, but your scores are being counted in the background and if your team reaches the goal in the time frame your rewards will be given. you are just seeing a delay in this

It's a graphic error. Your scores don't add up to 5000. Keep playing. You'll get the reward when scores actually add up to 5000. This is a known error.

Thanks for the reply and yes, I did finally get the reward when the numbers got to 7,000. However, this brings up another "feature" that is not very useful. When you finally do get the bonus, it would be nice if it didn't claim it for me automatically and let me press the "Claim" button when I wanted it. This invariably becomes available when I only have one life left. So, I get limited use of the bonus items. It would be better if I could claim them manually, when I have a full 5 lives left.

I see your point. That sure would be nice if we could choose when to use rewards but that's not in the nature of the game. Congrats on getting your F5 rewards.
