No rewards after completing the Chocolate Box

I have just found out nothing pops up but you do get the rewards.

I have Completed several chocolate boxes and have never seen a pop up showing what the reward is, and there is no change in my power up section. Apparently something is wrong. Help please.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received rewards from your Chocolate Box!!
I would like to ask few details for my clarification.....
1) When you said "you have completed several chocolate boxes" -- were you counting all the Chocolates that you see in Chocolate Box"?
2) Did you see this below screen in your game? 👇️ 👇️
** How the feature works is ---> You will have to select 1 colored box and once finishing the task all that single colored boxes will be removed. And you will have to choose another colored box to finish next task -- but this might vary for each players. Some players have to wait for 12 hours, some for 24 hours and some can play 2 tasks per days!
Is that how you are playing this feature OR is it working in a different way?
** If you take a look at the left side of above screenshot, those 3 boosters are the rewards we receive after finishing all tasks in the Chocolate Box. Have you not received any of these boosters, yet?
Can you please reply back and provide more details and clarify? So that I can provide you further assistance. Type your reply in the blank dialogue box provided below.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I do at least 2 boxes a day, and play exactly as you described. In fact I finished my 2nd one today just about 30 minutes ago. Very disappointed I haven’t received the rewards as I’ve done 2 a day since they came out.

I finished 4 chocolate box and never recived any booster why?

I am given only one task per day in the chocolate box. Is this the same for everyone?

What is the prize for completing the box of chocolate. It says claim prize but I get nothing. It’s not happened twice. Disappointed.
