No Connection

I’ve suddenly become unable to get any connection to either Candy Crush or Candy Crush Soda despite playing them quite happily. I read the support comments and I reinstalled both. I’m still unable to connect via Facebook or my King account. Just keeps saying “ no internet connection “ ( I don’t use wifi- just data. I’m worried I’ve lost all my progress as I was at level 2000+ in Candy Crush. Can anyone help pleas ? As I say, both have been working fine until 13/02/20
