Are you playing on a mobile device? Then you have to uninstall and install and update your game and clear the cache. If you uninstall it, all of your boosters may be lost. When making a purchase, you must contact support.
To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.
If you play on an app, please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it. Good luck

This will be a problem if you change the device's time while the free boosters are active.
Also, if your game app is not the latest version, then there may be a such problem.
If there are no problems from you , restart the device and check again.😉

I didn't change the time. I turned on the game..the calendar came up. Said I won an hour of bombs, etc. I noticed it didnt show up when I started my current level or was it noted in my inventory..Also, as I stated in a prior question...I had recently downloaded the game to my new phone. So I'm assuming its the latest version. Thus is actually the 2nd time this has happened but I didnt know about the community until recently.

Hi @shirleeg welcome to our community. To add to what everyone else wrote when you get a free timed booster it will never show up in your inventory. That back pack is only for regular boosters but timed boosters get added into your next level. If it doesn't show up then that means it's not a required booster for that game mode.

It didn't show up on the level either. I got the prize hit the level I nv was currently playing and it wasn't there. If I hit my inventory icon it will show the bomb with a timer running. Even if I leave the gasme and come back. It wasn't anywhere..nor was the free switch I won

It just friggin happened again!!! Got color bombs and the wrapped and striped candy for 1 hour as a prize from the Fantastic Five and they disappeared. When I went back to level 844 for the 1,000th time, nothing was there. And Yes those boosters are for that level. This is the 3rd time inb2 days and it aggravating as hell! Especially when you are on a "Nightmarishly Hard" level! I'm about ready to uninstall because its making the game not fun and I earned those prizes. Why bother to try anymore

Wow that is strange! Is this on a mobile device? Do you clear the history daily? Make sure that you have the most recent version of the game and operating system. You might also want to force close your device. Please follow the troubleshooting tips from one of the links below.

I ha e thf the latest version. I had to download it a couple weeks ago to my new phone. It happening while I'm playing. And it happened on the Treat Calendar twice and Fantastic Friends once. It said what I won but didn't show up when I went back to the level. I never left the game and came back. So it's not like I backed out of closed the game and lost them. Its aggravating because I earned those boosters.
