    I've read other comments and see this is a known issue, but was wondering if it has been fixed yet. I do not want to play on a phone. I have tried to click on ask friends and does not work. I have definitely completed level before.

    Please play the level again and complete it and update your game and clear the cache. If it doesn't help, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. When you uninstall, the boosters are lost because your game does not save them.

    I tried all of this, but it still does not work. Once you uninstall do you need to do anything before you reinstall?

    Hi @Sandra13 and welcome to the community.

    We are having an issue with roadblocks right now, you can read about it here.

    As Sammysid said, you need to beat the rancid level before it with 2 stars to get a key, or if you have a mobile device, you could try unlocking it on there and then once past, move back to pc ๐Ÿ˜Š

    If you have windows 10 you can download the app from the app store, alternatively as Stan said, you can unlock it on a mobile or tablet if you have one @Noggy . We understand its frustrating, but the team are working on it.

    good news ... but if can, do play on phone as a back up ...

    coz there is many incidents on computer ... phone is much more stable

    @stan1981 phone is NOT more stable. You like it better, I get that but you cannot push everyone into playing on phones if they do not want to. There is just an issue at the moment and there are ways around it. I play on laptop and prefer it on there. I have no issues. Its just at the moment with Flash going. Too many changes. Once its fixed it will work everywhere properly and many will happily play on their computers....hence the reason why King haven't just made it mobile only.
