Quest Box Change?

Hi,
It seems that the quest chocolate box is no longer functioning correctly. It says you can have 3 quests per day, which I thought meant 3 completed cycles (all four colors done) and thus win the quest prize groupings 3 times. The last several days i have only been able to complete 3 colors within the box before getting a message that i have reached my limit of quests - and the remaining lock out time jumps around (it has gone up a couple of times). The next day, i have to start over (doesn't remember the previous 3 quests) and now i am unable to complete the overall chocolate box quest and cannot win a prize (3 or 4 days now).
Before, I was able to finish multiples each day (sometimes seemed like more than 3).

Thanks for the response. Before as few days ago, i was able to complete all colors in the box, win the price, and do so multiple times (more than 3 per day even).
Maybe that changed once a certain high level is passed?
However, now, after I get the reached my limit of 3 quests per day message, my box resets as if I had not done any quests and I am not able to complete the 4th quest and get my prize. Not sure if they have different features in different markets - but seems like an update or other glitch.

@WonderlandCentury789 Hi and welcome, If you complete 3 quests and leave the last quest for the day after . you can then complete the last quest and then complete 3 quests so the the next day you just repeat process. This allows 4 quests rto be done each day and after day one you can get rewards every day
