I disappointed this decision. I enjoyed previous level making three stars. But recent changes make me angry. I have to spend my money for making stars?

@jung1 if that's what floats your boat why spend money? see if you can get stars without money. more fun than trying those hi levls

I also played to get three stars, which sometimes meant using boosters or gold bars for extra moves. I have not and will not continue to play the game if I am unable to earn sugar drop boosters. Even the piggy bank now appears only sporadically to earn gold bars. In my opinion what King is doing is simply the result of corporate greed.

i've been using time to try and get sugar stars on level 57 with no boosters and honestly? it is way more fun than trying the new levels

Lost all fun and enthusiasm to play the game after the recent changes. How can one enjoy the game if he has to play the same level day after day. Unless one progresses in the game, there is psychological dissociation with the game. This is what is happening with the players who have played and enjoyed the game for years.
King should leave the game as game to enjoy and not merely a business to earn money. If people start leaving the game, from where the money will come. King should seriously think about it.

For everyone commenting on here about how bad the change is, pay attention:
Boldly saying that you have never payed for boosters, nor will you ever in the future DOESN'T and WILL NOT EVER make them want to change back! You are a person who can go away and it won't affect them or their bottom line at all.
STOP LOGGING IN, lol. Activision is a business and as such they have the right to change their game to pay to play. Your ONLY recourse is to affect their bottom line, as in money. If you log in, they show advertisers that people will still play regardless. So STOP.
Your email is linked to this forum, so will see when Activision updates anything. In the meantime, stay away from the game.
If you come on to this forum, whine and complain about the changes, but still log in to play, then you have no one to blame but yourself.
LOG OUT and UNPLUG from it. That is only way your voice can really make a difference.
Now, how do I turn off notifications for this forum, my notifications are driving me crazy!!!

Game now uninstalled...I was in the 6000s and stuck on an impossible level. I'm not spending a penny more or time on a game that quotes it's a stress reliever. Now off to find a life....or maybe some other game that doesnt require me to spend lots to pass :)

Been wondering the same thing. Those notifications driving me nuts. Maybe they should close this topic since there is another topic with the same issue.
