Lost all my boosters?

My phone went crazy earlier this morning and I had to restart it twice I wasn't playing Candy Crush at the time I just started playing Candy Crush and all of my boosters are gone I had 80 plus of the little chocolate with sprinkles things I had a bunch of the striping wrapped candy I had a bunch of fish I had a bunch of everything and now they're all gone I've been playing this one game of Candy Crush for probably three years off my phone and I would just like my boosters back I'm sure you guys have a record of it somewhere can I get them back please?

    I've got a bit of bad news about that (see here for details); & anyone else coming thru later on might put it differently, but you're basically SOL on that front.

    If you bought anything, go here & provide all details.

    Boosters (especially color bombs) are somewhat easy to earn (or at least they were), but it would be nice if the powers that be took care of that issue...

    Hello @crazyashley and welcome to the King Community.Sounds like you were having a technical problem with your phone earlier and even though you weren't actually playing Candy Crush at the time, it could have caused a glitch in your game. So unfortunately your saved boosters are gone because they are saved locally on your phone and it appears that whatever went wrong earlier cleared the local game memory on your phone. Your progress and any purchases you may have made should be ok and if for some reason you have lost your progress, that information is stored on the King servers and Customer Support can restore it for you. However - the information is stored either through a King.com account or your FB account as long as you play the game through either one of them.

    Hello! I was playing on my iPad and just finished a level. I had purchased a booster package and still had about 8 hours left of the boosters. Anyway, the game moved to the next level and I have no boosters at all! I’ve restarted the game numerous times with no luck. This same thing happened a few weeks ago where I had no boosters and then out of the blue it worked again. That time I had not purchased anything. So did you do updates or something? I’d like my money back and my boosters!
