The Ad Video feature is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
However, in some cases the feature may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the feature back again.

I used to be able to watch a video to get a booster, it stopped working for a while, then it was back again for one day..then stopped again.

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I've had the game for like 15yrs on an off an never had the option to watch a video for boosts. But my mom has had the game as long as me an she always gets the option to watch a video for every level.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
