Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Am having the same problem it all started when I got a new phone, the bonus wheel keeps spinning saying loading and I can't use gold bars, have tried reinstalling the game several times but nothing seems to work.

Everything happening to other people on there posts mine is the same ive contacted you so many time ive contacted google play store i honestly coild smash my phone up beacause the game acting up like this if you are ypdating or doin what ever it is uour attemping then just close the game 4a frw dats or somethinf so you are not allowing your customers to grt to a point wear u couls cause somewhat damage to your device as tou so assume that it is uour actual phone nut its not its tiu lot faffing about with the techno etc... x

Hello. I'm at level 2488 in candy crush saga but it's about few months that I can't contact store. I live in Iran and I thought maybe it's filtered but I couldn't contact store even by VPN! I can't use my bars and exchange them with supplies :(

I will be glad if you help me solve my problem.
