This level is tricky but it can be done even without boosters. Your priority is to get the Jelly Spawners as quickly as possible so you don't have to worry about them. It takes at least three spawner-adjacet candy matches to blow one up. Make special candies and use them, don't hoard them to use on the board later.

You'll get it! Patience with those spawners and you'll take them down! Good luck!
