When the game loads it says "Oops" followed by "Level failed! Not enough order targets available." I don't even get a chance to make a move.

Hi, when I started playing level 6599of CC Saga

Before I made any move I received a message stating "Not enough Targets" I have searched the community and can find nothing on this. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Lost all of my build a bot. I am using windows 10 for this level playing thru King.

It appears there is a problem with the level at this date.

Please note: I did not make any moves and my photos are in reverse order so start from the bottom up
