I have the same issue - playing on win 10 PC Tried to find used ID with no luck. I've lost 2 lives having to dump out already, and lost another because there seems to be another bug with the game thinking I can move from a frozen square. Please fix this1

Just done it again and it passed... Just wanted to report bug for developers.
I am having the exact same problem.
The key fan still sticks but I was able to get out of the level by tapping to quit.

Thank you for reporting this to game team. However it’s already been reported 4 or 5 days ago and nothing has been done. No update or anything from King. I’m really annoyed!
Whenever I run out of moves on level 5323, the key drop gets stuck on dropping key after key. It just keeps dropping them but they disappear and don’t stay. It’s stuck on this never ending cycle of just dropping them. I can’t pass the level. Please fix!
