Day 3 - This bug is taking far to long to sorted and there is not enough contact or information to the individuals as to when this might be resolved
This game is meant to be fun and relaxing instead itโs so frustrating and I think itโs about time I hang up my candy crush hat if not sorted soon.

I am kinda getting tired of not having the issue resolved and despite such a supportive community no intwrest by Candy Crush Tech Support. It's a game I love and have played for years but just a game none-the-less so if no resolution by tomorrow I'll just delete it and give up.

@Crazy Cat Lad I'm not sure what you mean by "playing the level correcy" the game freezes at the end when I've run out of moves so I'm unable to move forward. It's probably specific to me ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ I have tried Surface Pro, Sansung Note 11+ and my Samsung tablet but they all do the same thing.
