I donβt know where to find my game id either.
Day 3 - This bug is taking far to long to sorted and there is not enough contact or information to the individuals as to when this might be resolved
This game is meant to be fun and relaxing instead itβs so frustrating and I think itβs about time I hang up my candy crush hat if not sorted soon.
To find your game ID ... open the game and instead of hitting play hit my profile. Then you get a settings page with a KING LOGO at the top. Tap the logo to reveal your ID.

I am kinda getting tired of not having the issue resolved and despite such a supportive community no intwrest by Candy Crush Tech Support. It's a game I love and have played for years but just a game none-the-less so if no resolution by tomorrow I'll just delete it and give up.

I checked the level and I am not able to find any errors there.
I moved to to the next level manually with my sweet magic fingers. Could you check if you can play that level correctly?
@Crazy Cat Lad I'm not sure what you mean by "playing the level correcy" the game freezes at the end when I've run out of moves so I'm unable to move forward. It's probably specific to me π€·πΎββοΈ I have tried Surface Pro, Sansung Note 11+ and my Samsung tablet but they all do the same thing.

@Crazy Cat Lad I am playing the other level fine. I really appreciate your help with this. I know there's morw important things in the world but amid the stress of life this is usally my way of unwinding and being a child π
